Who We Are

NC United FC was founded by Coach Luis Ramirez, affectionately known throughout the soccer community as Coach Choko. Having experienced the game at the professional level, Coach Choko understands both the opportunities and challenges that young players face in pursuing their soccer dreams.

Throughout his own journey, he encountered obstacles that required perseverance, discipline, and determination to overcome. Those experiences inspired him to create a club dedicated to giving back to the next generation of athletes by providing the guidance, training environment, and competitive opportunities that many young players need to reach their full potential.

NC United FC was established with the vision of developing players both on and off the field — creating a positive, nurturing, and competitive environment where athletes grow in character and pursue excellence through the game of soccer.

As the club continues to grow, NC United FC is proud to be a member of the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL). The club competes with its U17 team in the UPSL Academy division and its Men's First Team in UPSL Division 1, offering a pathway for players to grow and compete at advanced levels.

Today, NC United FC stands as more than a soccer club — it is a community committed to developing talent, building character, and creating opportunities for athletes to succeed both in the game and in life.
